To be able to apply for Building or Public Works permits, submit Planning applications and pay fees.  Setup your account here or login with your existing credentials.

Make sure to enter your profile information, username/password along with your security questions.  Click Create Account when done filling out.

Please make sure to notate the username and password as it will be required to apply for any permit or make a payment towards a permit or code enforcement fee.

If you already have an account, click the Log In and select Public (non-contractor) or Contractor. 

Public users enter their username and password. 

Contractors will have a drop down menu to allow you select your business name.  If you don’t see your company’s name in the dropdown please contact [email protected] and provide your business name, CSLB license number, expiration date and email.
