Central Permit Center

The Central Permit Center is the City of Vallejo's one-stop shop, providing public counter services, permit and plan check processing, and consultation services for local and state code requirements related to the design and construction of commercial and residential structures. The representatives at the Central Permit Center can provide detailed information and technical assistance for a variety of permits and requirements for temporary services, landscaping, and new or expanding businesses.

Several of our permit applications and guidelines are available online. We also provide all applications and guidelines at our Central Permit Center located within City Hall.
