ALERT - eTRAKIT system Outage (October 22, 2026) The eTRAKIT system is currently unavailable due to an outage affecting our third-party software provider, Central Square. This outage impacts online permit applications, inspection scheduling, and fee payments. Central Square has identified the issue and is actively working to restore services. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our provider works toward a resolution.

City Hall and the main permitting counter remain open, but our ability to accept and process building permit applications and code enforcement requests will be very limited until the outage is resolved
