Temporary Use Permits (TUP's) are required for certain limited duration uses on private property, to ensure that they will not permanently alter the character or physical features of the sites they occupy, and will not have negative effects on surrounding development. According to the Vallejo Municipal Code (VMC), Section 16.339, uses requiring a TUP include, but may not be limited to, the following:
- Real Estate Offices within a Subdivision
- Construction Offices
- Certain Uses within Existing Buildings
- Animal Husbandry and Agricultural Education Projects
- Christmas Tree Sales/Recycling
- Mobile Units or Structures
- Agricultural Product Sales
- Entertainment Assemblies
- Activities Involving the use of Tents
The following list includes all recently approved TUP's, organized by approval date. Please note, this list is manually updated and is provided for information purposes only (please contact the Planning Division directly for official project approval records/logs, if needed).
