The informational materials and building division forms listed below are intended to aid you in the building permit process. Accomplishments and Goals
The Building Division had a very productive three years, as detailed by this report. This document outlines the division's many achievements and initiatives in the past three years, including on- going duties and special projects. The Division's principal activities involve permit application intake, plan review and inspection services, building code compliance, business license compliance inspections, issue certificate of occupancies and records management and retention.

Monthly Permit Activity Reports
The City offers online tracking of Building Permits Reports. The Building Division Team will ensure the posting of a new report by the 5th day of every month. These reports are a data extract from the Division's Permit Tracking System. This page will keep you informed of what projects are taking place in your community.
